WHAT’S IN OUR “HOODY”?!


We all know how important community engagement opportunities are; and how they are keys to keeping communities accessible, informed, safe, and strong.
And these events are no exception.

Sunday May 27, 2012 from 1-5pm... is a city wide celebration on the Iron Horse Trail.
The "
Animate the Trail" event & "Henry Sturm Neighbourhood Festival” are aligning, and will now be including an "Artist Bazaar"!

The Henry Sturm Neighbourhood Festival
Hosts Victoria Park Neighbourhood Association ( VPNA)
The 2nd Annual Henry Sturm Neighborhood Festival is thrilled to be part of the Animate the Trail event, and with it the Artist Bazaar! We are proud to play host to the "Main Stage" for musicians, entertainers, and spoken word artists; also booths of environmental programs information.

Iron Horse Trail Artist Bazaar

This is brand new to the Henry Sturm Neighbourhood Festival, and a welcome addition that celebrates artistic ventures and lifestyles. This will be located on the green space by the entry to the Iron Horse Trail on West Ave. - across from Hydro, the Lai Lai Restaurant, & City Cafe Bakery at Victoria St. S.
CALL FOR ARTISTS/ ENTERTAINERS/ VENDORS!!!
***Limited*spaces*are*available***
We are looking for funky, folky, fun, artsy-fartsy artists, entertainers, and vendors for the artist bazaar. Artisan vendors from all over the Tri- City area; are invited to sell their own handmade arts/ crafts (no food please), by the entrance to the Iron Horse Trail. You must bring your own market "gear".
Ex.: tables, displays, blankets, tents etc.

WE NEED SOME MUSIC! All acoustic musicians are invited to jam on the hill!
